What does the fare include?
The total quoted fare includes the airline's base fare plus government taxes and carrier-imposed charges. Optional extras such as bags and seat selection are separate unless the fare includes them.
Do you charge a service fee?
If a service fee applies to your booking, we tell you before you pay so you can compare the full price. Ask your agent for the total.
Why did the fare change between searches?
Airlines update prices continuously according to seat availability and demand. A fare is only guaranteed once the ticket has been issued.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our agent will confirm accepted payment methods when you book. We never ask for payment details by email.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. We email a receipt with your itinerary and a breakdown of the amounts.
Are the example fares on the site guaranteed?
No. Any fares or price ranges are examples, and the live price is shown by an agent before you commit.
