1. Our role
FlighTicketHub is an independent online travel agency. We arrange travel on your behalf but do not operate flights, and we are not affiliated with any airline. The airline's contract of carriage governs your flight.
2. Bookings and pricing
Fares shown on this site are examples or estimates unless confirmed by an agent. A fare is guaranteed only once your ticket has been issued. Taxes, fees and any service fees are disclosed before you pay.
3. Passenger information
You are responsible for providing names exactly as they appear on each traveler's passport or government ID, and for holding valid travel documents, visas and health documents required for your trip.
4. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the airline's fare rules and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Schedule changes and disruptions
Airlines may change schedules or cancel flights. We will assist you in contacting the airline and requesting rebooking or a refund where you are entitled to one, but we are not responsible for airline operations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines, airports or other third-party suppliers, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
7. Website content
Guides, distances and flight-time estimates are informational and may be out of date. Verify rules and schedules with the airline and relevant authorities.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law of your location requires otherwise.
